Kennig & Gold

On April 5th, 1948, Gold met Kennig.

Inspired by the true story of World War II marine, Nils Hanson, and the love of his life.

Kennig & Gold, officially released by BHC Press on June 11th, 2019, tells the fictional tale of a forbidden love set in 1948 between a singer and a socialite that crosses oceans and spans coastlines, forcing each to choose, love or career.

Chris Struck's debut (1st published book) and 6th finished novel combines his experiences abroad and across the US with those of a then 94 year-old World War II marine and the Manhattan musical world.

The book is available on a variety of online retailers and in select stores. Look for it on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or ask for it in a store near you.

New events are held regularly. We've held a number of successful book events, which have helped to raise funds for Public Education, the All Stars Project, MS and BPAN.
